ShoreGroup Inc., a professional service and solution firm, has achieved the Advanced Collaborations Architecture Specialization from Cisco (News
- Alert). The specialization acknowledges ShoreGroup as having fulfilled the training requirements and program fundamentals to sell, design, deploy and support Cisco’s portfolio of collaboration solutions.
The training enables ShoreGroup (News - Alert) to deliver differentiated business value through the integrated, open foundation of the collaboration architecture. Like other Cisco Advanced Collaboration Architecture Specialized partners, ShoreGroup will have to work with existing and new technologies to align components of this architecture with customers’ strategic goals to help transform business processes, improve an organization’s efficiency and accelerate the time to market.
As the virtual workforce grows, so does the adoption of real-time collaboration spaces. According to ShoreGroup’s VP of operations, Scott Shreier, the achievement of Cisco Advanced Collaboration Architecture Specialization “demonstrates ShoreGroup’s expertise in helping our customers gain maximum value from collaboration tools…..as well as product and service development processes.”
Pointing to the role that web-based collaboration tools play in organizations today, ShoreGroup’s senior vice president of sales, John McCarthy said, “Collaboration tools are about evolving to a real-time business model where a global virtual work environment creates far greater value than working solo, emailing documents to colleagues, meeting to discuss and then working through resulting action items individually.”
ShoreGroup also holds other certifications from Cisco that includes the Master Channel Partner for Cisco Managed Unified Communications (News - Alert) and Managed Contact Center Services. ShoreGroup has also been endorsed as a Managed Service White Label Producer.
ShoreGroup is a developer of innovative, automated management software applications on its highly dynamic CaseSentry platform well known in eliminating the pitfalls of traditional enterprise management software to empower IT, telecom and contact center support organizations to easily and effectively manage complex networked environments.
